NBA Prop Bets 01/24/2022

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander over 30.5 points + assists (-115)

SGA has been stuffing the stat sheet recently, scoring at least 25 points in 5 of his last 7 games and dishing out at least 5 assists in every one of those games as well. Over the last month, his usage rate is over 30% with everything in the OKC offense running through SGA. The shot volume looks fantastic as he’s routinely shooting 20+ times per night and his assists have been trending up as well, with a nice spike in potential assists over the last few games, which is why we like the combo prop here. The Bulls defense has been decent over the course of the entire season but they have really struggled lately, missing 2 of the better perimeter defenders in the league with Lonzo Ball and Alex Caruso both out for the next few weeks. Last game Jalen Suggs had one of his best games of the season against this same Bulls defense and they also gave up pretty big stat lines to Ja Morant and Darius Garland in the last week as well. Look for SGA to take advantage and put up some big numbers tonight.
