Desmond Bane UNDER 17.5 points (-120 FD)
After a scorching hot start to the season, Bane has cooled off a bit lately. He has gone under this line in 3 straight and 7 of his last 10 games. Bane is a very volatile scorer, just in his last 10 he has games with point totals as low as 5, 7, 8 and he has also has a game where he scored 30, but this looks like a good matchup to fade him. The Celtics have the best defensive rating since the New Year by a WIDE margin, and also have 4 different players all in the top 12 in defensive win shares (Smart, Tatum, Timelord and Horford), so even though Jaylen Brown will be out of the lineup tonight, the Celtics will still have several elite defenders on the floor at all times. Bane also does a lot of his damage from deep and the Celtics have the 6th best 3 point defense on the season as well. Fade Bane tonight and consider looking at some alt lines to capitalize on his scoring volatility (under 13.5 points +210 on FD).
