Since Khris Middleton went down with an injury early in the Bulls series, Giannis has taken the role of being both the Bucks leading scorer and leading distributor in the playoffs. He averages 8 APG since Middleton went down and is 3rd among all players in the playoffs with 15 potential assists per game. In game 1 against the Celtics he had an insane 37.2 usage rate, dishing out 12 assists on 17 potentials. The Celtics are forced to sell out to try and stop Giannis from getting to the rim, leaving shooters wide open on the perimeter, and the Bucks as a team only shot 41% from the field, so there’s no reason we shouldn’t see a similar performance in game 2 tonight.
