LeBron Continues his campaign as biggest hypocrite in Sports History
Lebron James, some praise him, others like myself cannot stand him. This week on
“What ridiculous comment/statement will LeBum say” deals with his latest stance on the NBA’s
new format to include a play in tournament for the last remaining seeds in the playoff. As any
NBA fan is well aware of, the NBA and ESPN follow Lebron’s social media and daily activities
closer than Fort Knox watches its gold. If Lebron has a tummy ache, ESPN is the first to report it.
This past weekend Lebron called for the firing of the creator of the “play-in” tournament.
“Whoever came up with that s— needs to be fired.”
One thing you can’t just do is go straight to the playoffs, because it discredits the 60-plus
games that guys had fighting for that position,” said James during the Road Trippin’ Podcast in
March 2020.
“You got Portland. You got Memphis…New Orleans and Sacramento tinkering around
there…so if there’s five or ten games left…why not those guys battle it out? Make them play
each other all five games?”
This was said last year after Lebron and company had locked down the #1 seed and their
opponent in the playoffs would have been playing in the “play-in” game. Little different story
this year as the Lakers have dropped their sixth game in seven contests and falling into a threeway tie for fifth in the West.
For those wondering why the 2020 NBA Champs are having such a struggle this year,
look no further than Lebron’s devasting and rare “high ankle sprain” which everyone knows is
one of the most gruesome injuries in sports. Lebum has missed the last 41 days with this
gruesome injury and when asked about his return he stated “It’s impossible. I don’t think I will
ever get back to 100 percent in my career.”
