Wow, what a time! This place makes all of your Italian dreams come true! We started with 3 apps; Frico w/ Potato, Chicken + Egg Budino, Spaghetti Squash, Roasted Mushrooms, Pepitas, Parm & Sour Corn Cake, Pickled Beets, Mustards, Beet + Mustard Dressing, Blue Cheese. Then we moved on to the pizza & did the Belly Ham, Mozzarella, Oregano, Parm, Chilies. Entree we did Bread Gnocchi, Chicken Sugo, Tomato, Turnip Greens, Parm & Crespelle, Roasted Cauliflower, Béchamel, Tomato Ragu, Zavory Salsa Verde. Finally, for dessert; We tried the Tre Latte Italian Ricotta Cake Anise Biscotti Crumb and the Lemon Almond Ricotta Skillet Cake, Lemon Marmalade + Sour Candied Lemon, Crème Fraîche Sherbet. Wow. What a night. I’ll be dreaming about that Tre Latte cake for YEARS to come!
