LEADERS OF COLLEGE BASEBALL

D1 rankings are updated and we have a new team on top. Ole Miss jumped from #5 to #1 after sweeping Tennessee, which caused the Vols to drop from #1 to #10. Texas Tech’s Kurt Wilson stole home for an extra inning walkoff on Friday, then had a walkoff grand slam on Saturday. The Red Raiders jumped from #16 to #7 after taking two from the Longhorns which brought them from #2 to #8. This weekend brought us upsets, wild plays, and some high scoring games. But that happens every week in college baseball.
